1. Reservation & Payment
● A signed agreement and the required deposit must be received to secure and confirm your event date.
● Deposits are non-refundable, but can be moved to a different event date if requested in advance.
● The outstanding balance is due no later than the day of the event.
● Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, PayPal, cash, and checks.

2. Event Updates & Cancellations
● Any requested changes must be submitted in writing at least 10 days before the scheduled event.
● If the event is canceled, the original deposit will be retained.

3. Safety & Responsibility
● Tempo Ledger carries $2,000,000 in General Liability Insurance.
● The client is responsible for making sure the venue meets all required safety regulations and legal standards.
● All equipment is routinely maintained and inspected; however, Tempo Ledger is not responsible for incidents resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

4. Age Requirements & Gaming Policy
● All casino activities are for entertainment purposes and use play money only; real gambling is not provided.
● Guests of all ages may participate unless limited by applicable local laws or regulations.

5. Equipment Requirements & Venue Setup
● Clients must provide adequate space for casino tables, equipment, and event operations.
● Recommended table capacity:
- ○ Blackjack/Poker tables: 6–10 players per table
- ○ Roulette tables: about 8 players
- ○ Craps tables: 8–20 players depending on table format
● Seating may be arranged upon request, although most venues supply their own chairs.

6. Event Team & Staff
● All dealers, hosts, and event personnel are professionally trained Tempo Ledger employees.
● Gratuities are optional, but always welcomed and appreciated.

7. Photography & Recording
● Tempo Ledger may take photos or videos during events for promotional and marketing purposes.
● Clients may request limits on photography or video before the event takes place.

8. Website Materials & Usage
● All materials published on Tempo Ledger remain copyrighted property of Tempo Ledger.
● Reproducing, copying, or distributing website content without prior written permission is not allowed.

● These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state where the event is held.
